Summary: We loved our stay here . We go annually for the American royal stockshow , and the house worked out so much better than a hotel , especially with a one year old ! Will definitely stay here again !

Summary: Property was in a great location the house was like new as if we were the first occupants also the amenities were very detailed and very up to date. We will defiantly rent this property again in the future. Recommendations include adding TV's in both spare bedrooms! The lower bottom drawer under the oven was not cleaned and the Clorox bottle in the utility room was empty.

Summary: It's a new house, well furnished and well equipped for the price point. It worked out very well for the three of us, who were in KC visiting family. The house is conveniently located. It's only a few minutes from Arrowhead and Kaufmann. We had to go back and forth to the airport several times and it only took half an hour. (One potential problem is that some GPS systems couldn't find the house. This is not the owner's fault, of course. Maybe it's because the house is located in a relatively new development. Google Maps had no problems, however.) Two things need to be improved. As the previous review indicated, the house only has three bedrooms, not four as listed. That mattered not at all to us because we only needed two of the bedrooms, but it could be a problem for larger groups. Also, as an earlier review indicated, communication left something to be desired. I sent several messages. Some were responded to right away, some not at all. There was nothing urgent or critical in any of the messages, but improving responsiveness would be a plus. Overall, it worked out well for us and we would stay there again when we visit KC.

Summary: The house is new and well-equipped in an older area. The hot water is hot, the Internet is fast, the TV and ROKU work, there are lots of dishes, pots and pans, etc. It's a great place to stay if going to games at Kauffman or Arrowhead stadiums. There are no rails on the front porch stairs and the stairways up and down inside are steep. Some of the chairs at kitchen table appeared to be missing hardware. We did not hear from the property manager with access instructions prior to our trip so we tried calling, texting and leaving a voice mail. Finally at the last minute we received them. We had some issues during our stay and we reached out but no one every answered our texts or e-mails. The listing showed the house with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds. When we arrived, the house has only 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. We had several unmarried adults of opposite genders, and boy, was that awkward. We reached out on this but there was no response. Our guess is this a new VRBO host and they have not found their ryhthm of this process. There was no advance communication, there were no instructions in the unit, such as how to lock up/handle dishes/towels/bedding, etc. how to leave the thermostat. They put a lot of money and thought into making the place nice but they forget customer service. Although we were disappointed in the service, the house itself it very nice and will serve you well. Hopefully it you rent it, these issues will have been resolved.
