Dining Room (23x14) with 11 foot dining table that seats 12 easy and additional drop leaf table to seat 4 more. Exterior glass door leads to the side stone patio with a large teak dining table & chairs, grill, gas fire pit, and gardens. And wood ring ready for your stay if it's winter.
Second large living room with fireplace convertible to bedroom suite. Windows on three walls, art collection, double doors that can make this room a private living room, or open for a perfect flow into the dining room.
The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, and a beautiful full bath with a custom design marble floor.
Entertainment Room/Guest Room suite, this 30 x 20 foot room has a SMART TV, new cloud sofa, full bath, King Bed. Glass doors lead to a Bluestone Patio and beautiful back yard facing west..often with sunset color to enjoy.
Master suite has it's own wing with a large walk-in closet, 65 inch SMART TV, with fireplace below. The Master bath with separate Water Works jetted tub and large walk-in shower for two. Marble top vanity. Heated marble floors and towel bars.

We have a basket ball area on the other side of the house. 3.5 level acres of well maintained lawn, gardens, and fruit trees. We offer 3 bikes for your use.
Our road is lined with 150 year old trees, stone walls on both sides. Great walking paths...Very peaceful yet not far from anything. Town is a 6 minute drive filled with everything you would need. A true New England experience.
