DESCRIPTION
The elegant and prestigious villa is spread over a large area of approximately 180 square meters distributed on two levels connected by a comfortable illuminated staircase. Access to the property is via a private driveway with two private parking spaces. The entrance that directly overlooks the large living area furnished with modern taste.
From every room on the ground floor it is possible to access the outside and enjoy the garden, the porch equipped with barbecue and an external outbuilding equipped with Finnish sauna and heated whirlpool.
On the ground floor we find the kitchen with central island, perfectly equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and kitchen utensils), the living room furnished with a sofa and table for 6 - 8 people, 50 inch TV, satellite dish for German channels, SKY TV (only for the winter period), a bathroom with shower, the second shower to the support of the swimming pool, disengagement-laundry, equipped with the washing machine.
From the living room we find the staircase that leads to the first floor where we find three bedrooms (two rooms with a double bed and one with a double and a single bed), a wardrobe room with mirrors, a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a shower. The bedrooms are air-conditioned starting from June 2018. On request two cots are available for children up to two years of age and a high chair.
From this floor the staircase leads to the huge terrace with a panoramic lake view (from Sirmione to Isola del Garda).
STATE AND FINISHES
The Elena villa has been recently renovated.
Elegant finishes: new fixtures, mosquito nets, new hydro-thermo-sanitary and electrical systems; suspended sanitary ware.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The villa has an exclusive garden of about 1000 square meters with private pool, solarium and a nice spa with Finnish sauna and heated Jacuzzi
Beyond this the large porch offers the possibility of living the house externally during much of the year.
The fully fenced garden is suitable to host in full security and free even the four-legged guests, who can easily attend the nearby beach of the Romantica also in the area dedicated to them.

Summary: A stunning villa with lovely grounds giving everyone space to enjoy their holiday. The jacuzzi was perfect as pool too cold to use in October ..unable to use sauna as would mean unplugging jacuzzi as they cannot be used together. But perfect to lounge in jacuzzi after a days sightseeing. Location is lovely beside the lake but no small shop nearby to walk to for groceries but a Lidl is a very short distance in the car to centre of Manerba del Garda with lovely coffee shops and clothes stores and restaurant.. We loved the ice cream parlour beside us and the bar/restaurant just along the beach with stunning views ..remember insect repellent ..a beautiful villa in a beautiful location you will certainly enjoy .

Summary: We stayed at Villa Elena for one week in July 2019. We’re a family of 4 with two young boys. The villa was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, particularly good air con! The pool & hot tub were also in great condition and are not overlooked at all. The pool has a good wide shallow end that allows younger kids (probably from around 5 yrs) to stand in their depth & play, even if they’re not yet strong swimmers. The location is great, a very short walk to the stony lakeside beach, where you can hire sunloungers, pedaloes, paddle boards etc. Three or four nice restaurants a 10-15 min walk along the lake front, as is a tour office where you can book boat trips around Lake Garda, to places such as Sirmione and various weekly markets. We had a lovely week in the villa and at Lake Garda, thank you Elena!

Summary: The villa was really nice with plenty of space inside and out for 6 people and only 100 yards from the beach. Unfortunately the weather wasn't brilliant during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor facilities and beach as much as we would have liked but these would be great for anyone staying in nicer weather. The host was friendly and showed us around on our arrival as well as meeting us for departure.

Summary: Had a relaxing week at Villa Elena.Everything we needed including for our almost 2 years old grandson.Living space ideal with open plan kitchen,dining,living area.Air con worked well in bedrooms,the weather was very warm(30 deg plus daytime,20 plus at night.We mainly ate out and bbq'd,but there was everything we needed.Excellent pool and hot tub(sauna too)Villa walking distance of restaurants,gelateria,beach,etc.Only problem mosquitoes,but they come with any lakeside territory.Elena was a readily contactable host.We would recommend the Villa very much.We were a family of 5.Mum,Dad,Nannie,Grandad and Reuben.

Summary: We had a lovely holiday in a lovely house. The location was perfect - easy to find and easy to park. The lake is 2 mins walk, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes and gardaboat hire is just around the corner. Manerba is also ideal to explore the main towns and resorts on the lake. The house itself is spacious, modern and comfortable. The pool is big enough and the garden has plenty of space - not overlooked or noisy. Only 2 small downsides. The TV only seems to receive German channels, and the internet was a bit slow and patchy. But otherwise I cannot fault it at all. Elena is lovely and easy to contact and friendly - a pleasure to deal with. I can thoroughly recommend!
