Positive: Location. Comfy beds. Good customer service.

Negative: Sadly, shower didn't work (we managed with the bath,as only a two night stay and I'm sure this would have been rectified if we'd flagged it earlier. Spoke with someone on departure ). Maybe a deep bowl or jug in the kitchen would be helpful for simple meal prep.

Positive: Good basic facilites , everything you need is there. Apartment was very clean. Plenty of on street parking. Street very quiet. Responsive to messages (even over Christmas) . Comfortable beds

Negative: A few tweaks would make it more homely& comfortable - bedside lamp was a naked bulb(cover missing?) , pictures on walls could be better(I guess that’s taste!) , a radiator in the bathroom would be good

Negative: Old bathroom with what seems to be fungus in the shower. Shower got big holes in the wall which definitely destroyes the bathroom walls eventually.

Positive: The property was very very good and clean we got it on time they have all kitchen utensils and TV. Toilets are really good perfect for friends trip for 3-4 people. We can cook what ever we need with having all amenities like fridge microwave oven and hot oven with all other stuffs which can saves your food money. Totally worth visiting and this made our trip very comfortable and easy Near to city have good parking for free! I would visit it again very soon. Thanks a million Pillow partners. Enjoyed the stay.

Positive: Beds were comfy, the shower had plenty of hot water. it was nice and clean, but there are issues to sort out in the bathroom.

Negative: The bathroom floor really needs to be tiled. The sofa was not comfortable.
