Negative: Downstairs toilet door hard to close. Had to do a makeshift fix of closer on front wire security door. Mattress on single bed I sleepted on a little uncomfortable.

Positive: The location was excellent, with plenty of space for two families and refreshing ocean breezes.

Negative: The downstairs bathroom had consistently slow drainage, occasionally causing minor flooding after showers. The upstairs bathroom also drained poorly. These issues require plumbing attention to be resolved.

Positive: The interiors and location of the house is amazing. The views are breathtaking. All the books and artifacts just add so much charm to the home. Plus kids enjoyed all the board games.

Negative: Not a critical one, but There are too many knives and none of them work properly.. Maybe good idea to de-clutter and keep some sharpened ones. Also a small frying pan would be helpful.. There are only big ones. Lastly, the internet and TV were difficult to operate. The internet modem was switched off and the batteries in TV remote were not working.

Positive: The location on absolutely waterfront was superb. The deck out the back has an aspect across Stockton bight to the south west. So you get brilliant sunset in summer which appears as if into the ocean. Short walk (2 min ) to fishermans bay beach for calm waters and excellent snorkelling. A 4 min drive or 25 min walk to Burbi point beach for surf. Great hiking up to Boat harbour thru gorgeous Tomaree NP. - all the furnishings were very comfortable. - great tv room and lounge. Great for Boxing Day test. - very well equipped kitchen. - aircon all through house.

Negative: Some pedestal fans would be good so you don’t have to run energy sapping aircon. Particularly in bedrooms.

Summary: Well equipped Absolute waterfront beach house on the Tomaree NP coast.

Negative: Was given the incorrect code for lock box, once finally inside only one air conditioner out of 5 was working had to wait almost 24 hours for it to be fixed and turns out someone had deliberately turned the switch off outside apparently to save money. No tea towels and only half a roll of toilet paper with no spares. Considering the price surely could have come stocked with a few rolls

Positive: Amazing waterfront home. It was very windy and wet when we stayed but it was still spectacular. Great size for extended family event. Good size rooms with comfortable beds. New bathrooms. Room to spread out and relax.

Negative: Only one television. Just really impractical with young children.
