Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Elani. The house is very comfortable, perfect for family time. Our host, Mrs. Inna, was very kind and quickly solved a small inconvenience we had with the neighbors. The location is peaceful, the beach is not crowded, and the crystal-clear water was amazing. Positive: The villa is beautiful and the area is breath taking. The villa had all needed equipment, the garden was great. Really enjoyed our stay. Recommend for any big group - we were 8 and had a great time.

Negative: One of the A/Cs is very noisy. Maybe there's a way to fix it. Also, more trash bags with big group is advisable.

Elani Beach is just a short 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The location was ideal for us—not in Kalithea itself, but just 15–20 minutes away by car. Honestly, we preferred this area, as it was surrounded by beautiful nature and greenery, offering a more peaceful atmosphere. One thing to note: the villas are close to each other, and there are quiet hours from midnight to 8:00 AM. If you're staying with friends and planning to be loud late at night, be mindful—families with kids nearby might not appreciate the noise. Overall, I highly recommend this wonderful villa for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Positive: The house is large and fairly comfortable, the location is very good, and the host is responsive and helpful.

Negative: The home is in need of some TLC. The kitchen area downstairs had a strong moldy odor due to a recent water leakage issue, and a chemical odor from the subsequent cleaning efforts. The closets in the bedroom downstairs were also somewhat musty. People with sensitivity around mild may have an issue until the problem is fully resolved. Also note that only two of the four bedrooms have their own AC units, the others get cooled indirectly from the other units in adjacent rooms.

Summary: Fairly comfortable, well located home that could use some TLC

Positive: The villa is perfect. There are big rooms and enough space for everybody. It is situated close to the beach. The owner is a great and very polite lady. She gave us exact instructions and all the time was asking how our stay was and if we needed anything.
