Positive: The property was just a bit out of town, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The grounds were kept very well and the pool area was incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ordered the optional breakfast 1x and it was delicious. Highly recommend this place- we started with 2 adults/ 3 teens.

Positive: Such a beautiful setting, love all the little outdoor spaces and the sense of privacy you have. The pool area is idyllic. Our villa was comfortable and spacious for our family of five. The breakfast was amazing— incredibly delicious.

Positive: The location overlooking the valley and the sunset was amazing. The cottages were beautifully decorated with every detail artistic and well thoughtful. We even had an outdoor jacuzzi! The pool overlooked the valley. Breakfast was delicious.

Positive: The staff were incredibly helpful and the view into the valley from the pool and gardens is beautiful. The rooms are quite quirky with driftwood shelves and brightly painted walls which we absolutely loved. It has a very positive energy.

Negative: It was a little way out of town but not a problem if you have your own transport.

Positive: Javier was so kind, thoughtful and helpful. He was very responsive via WhatsApp, showed us around the property when we arrived, and made us feel comfortable. There were also two sweet and friendly dogs who greeted us on arrival. I also appreciated the filtered spring water for drinking. We stayed in the superior chalet and the views were incredible! The room was clean too. We were 4 adults total and were very comfortable. There were so many little touches to make our stay special, like a hammock, a beautiful patio that overlooked the valley, lots of windows, two comfortable beds, a nice bathroom with lots of towels and a full kitchen. The breakfast was amazing too which we enjoyed on the patio. The hotel grounds were also beautiful and well taken care of. The pool, the fish ponds and the coffee plantation were fun to explore. We ended up changing around our plans so that we could spend more time enjoying the grounds! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Negative: The hotel isn't in town and was a short drive away. It wasn't a big deal but it would have been nice to be able to walk to get coffee!
