Positive: The hotel is located in a beautiful valley with stunning natural surroundings. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, and the staff members we interacted with were friendly and welcoming.

Negative: However, communication was a challenge as the front desk staff did not speak English. Additionally, there were very few service staff available, which sometimes made it difficult to get assistance when needed.

Positive: Fairytale like, eclectic, Victorianesque interior. A joy to walk around and discover all the eye for detail. Helpful staff.

Negative: It's a bit further from Mindo than the maps said; 6 km instead of km. So not really walkable if you want to dine in Mindo.
