Positive: The proximity to old town and the neighbourhood was great. The plaza with inexpensive food and drink directly in front of the building was excellent. The unit is located far enough from the plaza that it is quiet. The host is very professional and the unit is stocked with some nice extras like coffee, sugar, salt, teas and bottled water. The host has left a list of dining recommendations which we enjoyed.

Negative: We visited during a cold month and the key to the place controlled the heater so we always returned to a cold unit until we could heat it back up. An energy saving measure for sure but did detract a little. The unit is close to the parking garage, which creates some noise.

Positive: The flat was perfect : super clean, super comfy, not hot at all, very quiet. The shower and the bed are perfect after a day of visits in the city (high quality). We enjoyed so much our stay! Eva was very careful with our need and answered our questions very quickly. I will definitely come back and recommend it!
