Summary: Hotel and surroundings were beautiful. Location was great and restaurant staff was super friendly. The lady who did our check in and check out was not so friendly and she kept our passports and forgot to give them back. The hotel called our tour guide and thankfully we were at the canyon and able to return to Chivay to retrieve it. The tour guide said that this is a common occurrence at this hotel and a major inconvenience. Management needs to address this issue. Otherwise the hotel was wonderful.

Summary: Beautiful location, the hot springs were wonderful and there's access to the river. Staff was very nice and accommodating even though our Spanish is terrible. They helped us connect with our tour to Colca Canyon in the morning. Breakfast buffet was nice. The room was cozy and comfortable.

Summary: The hotel worked really well for our family. The family suite had amazing views and space for children and adults. While in the thermal bath the pet baby alpaca came by watch to the children's delight. We enjoyed meals and found the staff friendly and accommodating. Finding hot water bottles in our beds was a delight.
