Summary: We had a wonderful time at the Oasis hotel. Getting there can be a little rough with all the curves and narrow roads. Our check in was wonderful, the staff were very attentive and we received all the information we needed. Once in the room the AC worked well and the room had everything we needed. The pool is well maintained and we enjoy it very much. We didn’t get to dine at the restaurant on site but it looked very nice from the outside. The only 2 negatives during our stay was the fact that my husband saw a cockroach when he turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the night. The second was the upstairs guests were very loud and sounded like they were moving furniture all night, it made it hard to sleep.

There seemed to be a high mosquito presence—likely due to the weather this time of year—and I did end up with several very itchy bites during my stay. I reached out to management after checking out since I wasn’t sure what caused them, and once again, they responded with care and thoughtfulness. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience.

Summary: This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. We took a lil' staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we loved it. It has a hiking trail that takes about 10-20 min to complete (20 min roundtrip), relaxing pool, spa, and the restaurant. Our stay included breakfast and I had the best puertorrican version of Egg's Benedict. Definitely would love to stay again!

Summary: The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We arrived at night after the office was closed but they messaged us our room number and door code. We had a little trouble opening the door because we didn't know you have to press the # key after the code. Our room didn't have coffee in it like they said there would be. We complained but they didn't do anything to comp us. We went to the pool at like 9pm (it's open til 10) but it was so dark and hard to see on the path that my daughter almost fell because she couldn't see where the path had zig-zagged. But we enjoyed the pool even though it was so dark. The grounds are lovely and there is a nice tranquil vibe. You can really hear the coqui at night. The restaurant was kinda expensive for us. We got 2 drinks and 2 desserts and it was $50. But overall it was a great stay!
