Positive: The hotel was empty and not full of tourists.

Negative: First off, on booking.com, you can't get a hold of an agent in person to talk to and have to wait at least 45 minutes to get direct online. The hotel was in the ghetto part of Chante. The food at the restaurant is not that good. There are so many mosquitoes, it's not pleasant at all. The room is outdated. The only pleasure was the massage, and it was overpriced. Booking.com must do better to speak with its customers, especially when on vacation away from home.

Summary: Unpleasant for what I paid for. I will not return to Chante or use booking.com to book.

Positive: The hotel is really pretty! The room was really nice with comfortable beds! Pool, jacuzzi and restaurant were also nice. Overall would recommend for a night away from city life!

Negative: If already paying for a nights stay, the temazcal and steam room should be included as its not a cheap place. Service in the restaurant should be a little bit faster ( as it wasn't that busy) but we waited 10min to sign the ticket at the end.

Positive: Very boutique hotel, very comfortable, and the staff was very attentive.

Negative: The location was in a town residential area that is very hidden. The parking lot is across the street and they lock the parking lot gates for safety. Easy to get lost without navigation. I paid for a room with a view and a jacuzzi. The view was exceptional but the jacuzzi would not start. Staff had to come and get it started. I was told that the jacuzzi kept shutting the electrical breaker off. I was told if that happened I could turn the breaker on. I was trying to get the jacuzzi ready and it kept shutting off. After the second time I had to switch the breaker on I decided not to use the jacuzzi because I was afraid of being electricuted. I did report this to staff and thought it was dangerous. I paid for a jacuzzi and was not able to use it. NOT GOOD!

Negative: The bathroom smelled a little moldy. The reception staff did not listen to my request to pay in cash and charged my credit card.

Negative: Food was great but restaurant service sucks. You have to wait 1 hour to 30 minutes for simple dishes. Pool is cold.

Positive: Thw service and great warthm form all the staff is the best. The food and cocktail drinks are very very good!!

Negative: The facilities look old, the carpets, the wood, the bathrooms, the decoration, the TV everything looks old and very used. The TV terrible, didnt work well at all. The internet terrible also.

Summary: A very pleasant and nice stay thanks to the therapist, and all the staff. The food is delcious!!
