Positive: The highest house in the highest village! Really comfortable and well decorated with good communication with the host. The longer I stayed the less I wanted to leave. The little outdoor terrace was a real bonus. There was a heatwave when we were there but I would imagine it is very cosy in the winter months with the fire lit. Spotlessly clean. Lots of walking in the area. Great, friendly local bar nearby.
Negative: Nothing, it was all great. Don't underestimate the climb, though! It's steep, especially the last few metres. Wasn't a problem for us but could be for some.

Positive: Wonderful, cozy little house. Beautifully decorated. Has everything you could need. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet location.
Negative: It is worth the hike to the top of the village for the peace and quiet and fabulous views but if you had a lot of luggage it might be a little tricky. Pack light.

Positive: We went hiking the whole time that we were there so the location was perfect for us because we never once had to use our car. For people who want to visit the lower parts of town, it might be far unless they love walking up and down. We really liked the place as it was the right size for two people.
Negative: The view from the patio could be better, there's only a small slice of a view of the mountains but I don't know how you could get a better view without cutting down some bushes.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful location! The residence is at the very top of the town, so it's splendidly quiet. The detailed thoughtfulness of provided items and cleanliness were impeccable. The view of snow-capped mountains directly outside the living room was incredibly awe-inspiring. I fell in love with the architecture. I wanted to live in the shower. If searching for a mountain getaway, I strongly recommend El Carpintero. As always, please be considerate of the towns people that live in homes nearby. They are incredibly kind, and I would like to return to see their smiling faces.
