Positive: Location is good but no restaurants around, if you are visiting without your vehicle then the only choice is to depend on in-house restaurant. Senior reception and service staff is supportive, recommend to train junior staff with hospitality gestures and supportive attitude and behavior.

Negative: No dedicated parking available, you would need to park on the pavements with the worry of getting parking violations and vehicle damages due to confined pavement parking space. Recommend to communicate with senior staff as juniors are not fluent and supportive. The property is in need of a really serious professional renovation. Powder rooms are claimed as Bathroom which is not a standard of hospitality. Price doesn't comply with the property condition.

Positive: fantastic location very close to the Airport fresh service free breakfast and amazing staff

Negative: loved everything about this property. It was amazing. I would recommend this place very highly and I would stay here every time I visit Saudi arabia.
