Positive: Location is good, close to some places to see and the walking street. The guy at reception was polite. There is air-conditioning in the room.

Negative: -There is no parking nearby. We had to park on the street some distance from the hotel. -Room was not clean, towels were greyish, the hot water pot was disgusting inside(pic attached). -There is kitchenette in the room but no utensils (like plates, forks, glasses...). - Breakfast is brought to the room and is catering (see pic). -Bed sheets were not changed after other guests, there were hairs and sheets were wrincled. -Internet is available only at reception -No bedside lamps.

Positive: There's a kitchenette in the room and a large dining table. The location is very close to the historical places in town.

Negative: The wifi was quite weak - had to cancel a zoom call because of that, so bad. There are some parking spots on the side street but it's not the hotel's own parking or anything - so it's at your own risk. You have to climb high stairs to get to the hotel, and within the room itself there are some level differences (to get to the bathroom) - so it might be a problem for anybody with any accessibility issues.

Positive: Good location, clean, comfortable rooms. The stuff was super friendly and even helped us get one of our phones fixed.

Positive: The location and how big are the rooms. I hope we had more information about the rooms. The family rooms fit at least 4 adults. We were 3 adults and 6 children. We had 3 rooms, 2 of them were family rooms. It was difficult to keep the children alone in a different floor. The breakfast was home service based on the number of residents.

Negative: There is no elevator which made it difficult to carry our luggage. It is also difficult with children and old people.

Summary: The rooms are spacious and breakfast was good.
