Positive: Beautifully furnished room in a guest house with a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, refrigerator, TV. Nearby forest area is perfect for soulful walks.

Negative: The room is poorly ventilated. True, there is a fan, but if I got there during a hot period it would not be very comfortable. The room is poorly ventilated. During the day there was also not enough light because of the roller blinds, it would be better to have regular blinds. But this is already subjective.

Positive: Compact little apartment with helpful hosts, nicely furnished with everything needed for a couple of nights stay. Quiet area of town with a nearby shop (Jumbo), and easy buses into Eindhoven. Plenty of parking just off the road around the property, felt very safe.

Negative: Booking.com website requests an arrival time before the room is available (at 14:30) so set your estimated arrival time to be after that. Can hear the hairdryer from the other room, but only faintly.

Positive: The room is small but has all essentials, the place was clean, nice shower. I met the owner for few minutes, he gave me all info and the keys, no need to interact with him more on my 2 nights stay.

Negative: Only 2 hours/day heating was working, no heat over night. I would have prefered turning the heater myself on and off depending on my needs as outside weather was really bad.
