Positive: It is a spacious apartment with a good equipped kitchen. It is comfortable and is located close to the forest. We had a perfect stay and the owner was very helpful and easy to contact.

Positive: The house is very nice located at the bottom of col de rosier and also loacted nearby lots of walking routes. The house is open and spacious. Huge kitchen and very good size bathroom

Negative: Personally i dont understand when previous pol gave feedback on the house why they didnt solve this The frontdoor there is no curtain or shades. Also the shades in the sleeping room are not enough. The light comes directly through this. Also we were there in november . There is no door between the living room and towards the sleeping area. The cold comes right through it. Then the water of the shower smelled horrible. Idk of this is normal. When you just turn on the shower you smell it and it stays in the bathroom. The kitchen is big but no big knives for the bread. Only real basic items are there.

Negative: The property could easily be an 8 if… Curtains at front door Better curtains in bedroom Trashcan in shower and toilet The light in hallway is really annoying, its to bright and lights up the whole apartment when going for example to toilet at night. It has a nice kitchen but standard facilities like spices, oil etc and scissors, kitchenpaper are missing. That makes cooking more dificult. No place to hang towels in bathroom Only very bright led’s in the appartment.

Summary: It was okay because of being at the racetrack all day. Just missing some simple basics.
