Positive: We chose this hotel as a point for visiting le Marche. We did very well. Very nice room for family. Excelllent beds. Very clean amd comfy sheets. Very friendly staff. We are happy with the choice we made. Excellent breakfast.

Positive: The hotel and staff are all very accommodating. It was very clean and the spa was amazing.

Negative: Our toilet wouldn’t flush and despite having them come and check it, it remained out of order during the two nights we were there

Summary: However, this was a beautiful hotel. The staff and breakfast were amazing and we would definitely return.

Positive: From the moment we walked into Ego Hotel we instantly felt welcome. The front of house took our bags and offered us coffee and a seat while they sorted our room (we had arrived pre check in) Our room was absolutely stunning, from the electric blinds to the very comfortable (huge) bed. The fridge was stocked with water and a bottle of prosecco was waiting in an ice bucket (it was my birthday the day we checked in) the staff were on hand for anything we needed. Breakfast the next morning was fabulous!! Plenty of fresh fruit and choices of everything to eat. We stayed for 3 nights and can't fault the hotel for anything.

Negative: No kettle in the room, but with such a good choice of coffee from the hotel bar it wasn't too much of an issue. The hotel restaurant isn't open on a Friday or Saturday but Oggis restaurant is literally round the corner from the hotel with a fabulous choice of local food. Definitely reserve a table for a Friday & Saturday night though.
