Positive: Good location - close to the lifts and town centre but not so close that you get the noise Friendly staff - very welcoming Amazing individual ski lockers - it's going to be hard to go back to not having heated gloves and helmet (as well as the standard heated boots) Great breakfast spread Nice to have a little balcony Room was a good size for a single - it had everything I needed
Negative: There isn't a lift so if your room is on the 3rd floor, you've got some stairs to walk up (4 floors if coming from the boot room) - I didn't find it much of an issue but it's something to keep in mind I didn't always sleep well - I think the mattress could do with being replaced

Positive: Perfect stay for first ski trip. Location couldn’t be better, 2 min walk from the A3 bahn to Idalp. Staff were super friendly, room was lovely and spacious and the balcony was a nice touch. The ski storage was very convenient. And best scrambled eggs on the planet according to my girlfriend. Thanks for a wonderful week!
