Positive: The location was very good. It was close to Ayvalık center. You might even walk there. Supermarket is very close by too. Breakfast was also ok. Cheese was sometimes a bit old, I needed to clean that part, also sometimes with hair but it was ok for this price.. I was so happy to see the sea in front of it. I wasn't sure with the photos if they have a sea in front of it.

Negative: I know the situations in Turkey is financially bad but the personal was very cold if you consider general-Turkish people. They didn't even say 'hello' in the morn ing when they see me most of the time. So, it was very weird. I think they were almost closing the hotel for off-season. They must be very tired working so hard in the season but still, I didn't expected this.

Summary: Nice hotel with beach in front and its pool.

Positive: Great location for a family vacation. Very quiet and safe. No bars or night clubs around. Troy is 2.5 hour drive Carrefour 10 min walk. We spent (family with 10-year old child) 5 days perfectly lazy days there. Went to Troy on one of the days and Aivalyk on another.

Positive: The feedback from the hotel was always really fast, the breakfast was delicious. We arrived in the hotel pretty late, but there were people, who were waiting for us and the pool was clean.

Negative: When we entered the room, it was not ventilated. For five days no one came to pick up the trash.

Positive: We had a great time at the Ege Apart Otel, the people were friendly and helpful. It’s family friendly, we were with a three year old so the pool was great to have even if the beach is right in front of the hotel. An added benefit was also that the mosque was far enough that you hardly heard the chanting, especially great for our three year old as she was quite upset every time it happened.

Negative: If you want you can always find a downside but we really enjoyed the hotel. If you want to go out every night then maybe the location is a bit less although there are a few restaurants at walking distance.

Summary: Great stay away from busy areas and family friendly
