Positive: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eeleem Resort! You can tell the facilities are new; everything is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The food was absolutely amazing—honestly some of the best we’ve had in the Munnar area. Great service, great views, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended

Positive: The hotel offered all of the essential amenities and was overall good value for money. Its location is a little far away from the town and nearby activities, so having a car or driver is necessary; since we had a car, this wasn’t an issue for us. We visited during a quieter period, which meant the hotel was peaceful and the staff were readily available and attentive. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order, which worked well and provided a satisfying meal.
Negative: The amenities were adequate but quite basic. For example, we used the spa and while the massage itself was very good, the spa facilities were extremely minimal, consisting of just a bed. Breakfast is only served for one hour each day, from 8:30 to 9:30, which is very inconvenient. This is particularly challenging for guests visiting Munnar for tours or excursions, as many of these start early, making it difficult or impossible to have breakfast at the hotel beforehand.
Summary: Overall would recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Munnar for a chilled out and less action packed vacation, and goo
