Upon arrival, you will be greeted by an enchanting façade that introduces you to the light and airy interior, with each room accented in soft neutral tones.
Elegant living and dining areas are gloriously sun-filled and served by a gourmet kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals in style.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, a paved courtyard provides a private space for you to relax or lounge in the sun.
Guests will enjoy 2 bedrooms, one with plush king-sized bed and the second bedroom with a double bed, both providing premium linens and serviced by a stylish bathroom, plus the added comfort of hydronic heating, air-conditioning throughout.
There is off street parking if required but it will only fit one very small car. There is risk of scratching your car otherwise.

You are also just moments to iconic Luna Park and the sparkling St Kilda foreshore.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

Summary: Gorgeous home well equiped great heating

Summary: Parking and appropriate permits needs to be addressed. The foot traffic between hotels on Friday and Saturday nights (very loud) resulted in my rear vision mirror being smashed. Other vehicles had windscreen wipers tampered with and a shopping trolley put on top of the roof. The bath set down was weird and dangerous. Heating impossible to regulate.
