Positive: Little far from the city center, but very easy to reach it. First by little walking in beautifull english neighbourhood , then by bus or/with metro on Southgate station with Piccadilly Line takes around 45 minutes to arrive in downtown. Kitchen is with good equipment, patio with table and chairs is particularly convenient, especially for smokers. Contact with the host was very fast and fluid.

Positive: The area was quiet and felt safe. It was very clean. Host was responsive. It was nicely stocked.

Negative: The "sofa bed" was a hard fold flat sofa with a ridge down the middle. The housebook was missing, which made it difficult to operate appliances, etc. We never did get hot water in the front bathroom shower even though we ran it for several minutes with several adjustments to the hot water tap...we were given the maid's number, but would have had to give up part of our very short holiday to sort it out. The walk to the tube was long and uphill.
