Positive: Lovely staff, the room had a great sea view, and terrace for relaxing and drying all the bathing suits. Food was great. The hotel is not huge, so it had an intimate feeling and did not feel overcrowded. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Negative: The pool has saltwater, took some getting used to it. :)

Positive: The teams amazing customer service from paying the cab fare from the airport to the hotel as my cards were not working at the ATMs without hesitation, to even lending us their company car to drive our kids to the soft play centre instead of walking.

Summary: Amazing experience set by all the staff and made us feel extremely welcome and part of the family

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful – very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. They helped me book a taxi, gave great tips about places to visit, and made me feel very welcome overall. The restaurant prices were quite reasonable, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Perfect & quiet place, especially for a family vacation ... The rooms were all renovated , and the view from the balcony is breathtaking.. The pool is a great value for the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff !

Negative: Only thing i didn't like to much, is the private beach area,but this is not their fault because all the beaches around that area are the same !
