Positive: The owner's hospitality is truly extraordinary. It far exceeds the regular relationship between the owner and the guest. He lets you know and feel that he is ready to help if anything goes wrong. Keeps in touch before you arrive, so you know that you are expected. If you are interested, he is prepared to provide information about possibilities in the neighborhood and the city as well. He does not hesitate to offer an extra service if you need it. However, if you are not interested in a closer than formal contact, he respects it. The balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the well-equipped kitchen make it a very cosy place. Such small details as a hairdryer, skin cleansing water, and cotton pads speak for themselves.

Positive: I stayed at Edo's house with my mom during our visit to Rome. The location is excellent—in a quiet neighborhood, yet well connected by buses that stop very close to the apartment and take you directly to Rome’s main attractions. Shops, bars, and restaurants are also nearby. The apartment was perfect for us: we each had our own bedroom with air conditioning and we each had our own bathroom. There's a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, a small dishwasher, a coffee machine, a cooktop, and a refrigerator. One of the highlights is the large private balcony, accessible from both bedrooms. Another big plus is the elevator, as the apartment is on the fourth floor. We had a great stay—the apartment was clean, the equipment is new, and we didn’t miss a thing. Edoardo is a friendly and very helpful host. Highly recommended!
