Summary: Extremely below average. The pool and hot tub were poorly maintained, both were full of rust and hair! The steam room didn’t work at all. Avoid the restaurant/pub at all costs. The food was all clearly frozen packed food, it was all stale and they bring things out different than how it’s labeled on the menu. And on top of everything construction started outside our room at 10 am so we had the listen to a drill in the wall for 30 minutes before we called the desk to ask them to stop because we were still trying to sleep. The front desk lady’s were very nice though out our stay, so that was a benefit! I wish I could say better things about the service staff, food, and pool! Book literally anywhere else!!

Summary: This is by far my favourite place to stay in Edmonton. The rooms are beautiful and having two king beds is such a bonus—everything feels spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff at this location truly make the experience. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which keeps us coming back. The included full breakfast is always good and a great start to the day. The only downside this time was the pool area—the sauna was closed and the hot tub was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we still love staying here and will absolutely be back. Thank you for another great visit!

Summary: Solid 7.5/10 hotel. Hotel shows a lot of wear, from the bathroom walls in our room, to the cracked and peeling walls in the pool, to worn carpets in the main floor hallways. Room was fairly clean, maybe not spectacularly so, but acceptable. Breakfast wasn't the best, not very hot. Staff were friendly. Location was convenient for our needs , which is why we chose it.

Summary: I would never stay here again. It is in an area with nothing near it. A few fast food places but the are still a walk. Absolutely no safety in their bathrooms. I had a horrible fall. They were aware and moved us. But barely taking notice. No manager checked on me . Im a bruised mess. They didn't even offer an ambulance. Free breakfast was horrible. Nothing was covered that wasn't hot. So danish were hard and burnt. The food was all cold and almost in edible. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The piol area was also slippery as hell and a kid, who was not running fell. A dangerous place
