Positive: The location is good, quiet with a good view of great ocean road and lighthouse. It has plenty facilities that we can use during our stay. I can see that this house is a comfortable home for family.

Negative: This is the first time that I need to collect key before arrival in an office. The problem is notification email didn't went through so it was bit confusing. We also didn't get linen and bath towel (which we assume is quite basic amenities for accommodation). I ask the cleaner, we need to pay extra AUD60 for one bed (while there are six beds, so additional AUD480). That is just ridiculous, I don't understand. The house is bit dusty. As many of my family have dust issue, we kept sneezing all the time.

Summary: Great stay but need some more improvement.
