Positive: Very nice, new facilities. Spacious room with great views and balcony. Good spa facilities, especially the endless pool and jacuzzi.

Negative: The QR code system feels a bit far-fetched. More coffee and tea facilities in the room would be nice.

Positive: The hotel is new, and our room is very spacious with a balcony that offers a sea view, which we really enjoy. The mattress is also very comfortable, helping me get a good night's sleep. I particularly like the body wash and shampoo; they smell wonderful and leave my hair feeling smooth. Overall, we are thoroughly enjoying our room and the hotel's environment.

Negative: There are not many restaurant options around the hotel. You must make a reservation before your stay. The food of choice in the hotel's restaurant menu is limited as well. The freshness is really good, but it would be better if we could have more choices on the menu. Strongly recommend planning your breakfast and dinner before your trip. Or else, you will end up like me, making dinner in a hotel room. We had cooking facilities in our room, but we were not able to find a restaurant nearby nor any available table at the hotel restaurant on our first nigth stay. But we were managed to dine at the hotel restruant the second night stay, which was nice too.

Summary: Very spacious hotel room, new and nice facilities and sea view. You would not want to missed it.

Positive: Nice view, the room is well-equipped, even with washing machine . Restaurant seved delicious spanish dinner & healthy breakfast.

Negative: Would be perfect if hotel also provideds dish soap & kitchen paper to support the usage of open kitchen.

Positive: The room is spacious and beautifully designed and the view is nice.

Negative: I would expect more clarity from staff for this price level. Upon entering the lobby, there was only one staff helping guests at the service counter. There were a few other staff talking among themselves or working on laptop at the bar area. They did not offer to help me until I asked one of them where to park our car. We were not given any instructions on how to get to our room after checkin was completed. I heard another group of guests were also confused about where their room was so felt that we were not the only one.
