Positive: Beautiful building from 1936 on the edge of the canyon. You can see eagles circling around their nest from the garden. The pool also has this canyon view, sauna costs GEL 120 extra per hour. This guy renovated this place in 4 years, well done! Both dinner and breakfast are tasty, for dinner you have to let the owner know before 17:00h what you want to eat. Comfy bed and good shower with amenities in bathroom and enough toilet paper.

Negative: Since it's an older house with wooden floors and inner walls, you may hear sounds from others, a buzzing noise from I guess the heating system and barking dogs outside. For a more sustainable breakfast: ask guests the evening before what they would like to have, as it was way too much, including some sort of tagliatelle pasta. Maybe it's a cultural or generation difference, but we also found it unusual that the owner was watching noisy videos on his phone while guests were eating. No breakfast option before 09:00h but it was also foggy outside till 10:00h (time when Diamond Bridge opens). For guests it would be useful if any information can be shared about walks/hikes in the area.

Positive: Omg i cant even describe how amazing was our stay at Edis! This is a family owned property, Armen and his daughter were extremely welcoming! Amazing area with stunning views and heated mini pool!!! We were lucky to catch warm day and relax. Great breakfast, best eggs and tomatoes I've ever had! For lunch/dinner reach out to property in advance to place order, and its worth it, crazy delicious. I would definitely come back for another stay in warm days😍

Negative: The bathroom does not have a window, and some of the woods are a little smelly.. Also the windows are small and they don't have a refrigerator in the rooms..
