Positive: Self catering accommodation - made own breakfast Host: very accommodating, communication for check-in and check-out was great Accommodation: modern, spacious, very clean, bright, charming, cosy, comfortable beds, good WiFi connection, lovely view from bay windows, helpful welcome booklet and instruction manual, great welcome pack, lovely decorated for Christmas Location: great, pretty much everything on the door step

Positive: Everything in this duplex apartment is 1st class. From walking in the whole place oozes absolute class, from the appliances to the furnishings and the beds are so comfortable you don't want to get up.

Positive: The property exceeded our expectations. Absolutely immaculately clean throughout. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels for us all. The property is on a leafy side street with local shops - everything you need is quite literally on the doorstep. There's a lovely bakery up the street, cafes, bars, a great chippy across the road and a laundrette (handy!). The local pub (The Owl) is lovely too. The property is very spacious and although you have shops on the road, it's quiet at night time. It's in an excellent location! Right on the promenade which is fab for morning or evening walks. A couple of minutes drive you have Morecambe- quiet seaside town with great restaurants and shops. A five minute drive will take you to Salt Ayre Leisure centre which we loved- kids went climbing and they have a Spa, gym, swimming pool with waterslides and classes. There are two excellent bathrooms in the property and everything you need in the kitchen. As a family of four we loved it and can't find any fault.
