Positive: The location of the apartment is great, near to the city centre, it was clean and very well equipped. We had a secure parking too in the underground parking of the house. Eric, the owner was very friendly and helpful.
Negative: It was a bit complicated to get the keys and understand all the instructions to get into the garage and apartment. At the same time Eric was waiting for us and explained everything carefully.
Summary: Great, very well equipped, clean apartment with friendly owner.

Positive: Trouver un endroit aussi agréable a 10 min du centre a pied, parking inclus, à ce prix est imbattable. Absolument parfait-de l'accueil chaleureux, aux conseils sur quoi visiter en si peu de temps, jusqu'à l'hébergement. L'appartement était bien équipé, serviettes, savon, café, etc (il y avait en plus des livres pour les enfants,des jeux, un carnet de dessin, des livres sur la région, etc)tout avait été pensé et préparé avec beaucoup de soin et d'attention aux détails. Si nous visitons ou passons à Orléans à nouveau, ce appartement sera mon choix.
