Positive: The apartment is truly beautiful and spacious. The sea view in the morning was breathtaking. Didn’t really use the terrace and pool, but it looked alright. The location was like a 13 minutes walk from shops and really quiet. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Negative: The walk up the hill to the apartment was a bit hard on the legs. Key collection could be better instructed. We were outside for a while with no idea what to do or which apartment it was. Also, I hated how commuting required so much pre-planning.

Positive: Everything was perfect, rooms were clean, apartment has everything that you need for family stay. Also, rooftop pool has beautiful view. Apartment is close to city center and Porto. We will certainly recommend this apartment to our friends and family. We will come back for sure 😊

Positive: Host herself was a nice girl. She did help with city tax. It is a very nice apartment and the pool upstairs is to die for! Views magnificent Location wise very good and free parking It's new and modern.

Negative: No towels - unless you ask, no cleaner came for a 4 day stay. No cleaning products - washing up liquid & fish clothes none existent No WiFi - intermittent - just get a SIM card No manual - no instructions or welcome guide No hot water - this needed turning on & off - guests shouldn't have to do this No explanation for city tax - guests on apartment nextdoor told us about this - not the host, yes she did go into town after we asked to apply for the city tax on our behalf but if we didn't know we wouldn't have those slips you need at the border, it's unlikely you'll get stopped or fined apperantly but just incase. No microwave ?? Bathroom shower needs somewhere to place your things whilst you shower, gels etc The aim is to have guests not contact you because they immediately feel settled, we felt like we were annoying her. Things that aren't their fault but worth noting is yes TIVAT is 20 minutes walk, coming back is the biggest hill of all time, if you're not a confident driver or manual driver it's dead scary. but defo needs TLC for long term guests who don't plan on just sleeping there
