Positive: Enjoyed the hot tub. Bed was ok if you like memory foam. In the room it was nice and quiet.

Negative: loud and annoying sounds in the pool/hot tub room. Tiny, far away tv. Very old, stiff sink fixtures.

Positive: The pool and hot tub were the main point for this stay. The hot tub was nice and warm and the pool was a great temperature. The room had AC/heat, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer and some toiletries. The beds were decently comfortable and nice pillows. The lady that checked us in was really nice too.

Negative: My biggest problem was the cleanliness of our room. It was not cleaned well at all and our feet were brown from walking on the carpet... I was not expecting the room to look this way from how the rooms were advertised. It smelled awful in there. The toilet handle was falling off and the volume on the remote did not work nor the guide. Also the WIFI did not work well at all either. Nothing could connect due to weak signal.

Positive: i liked how kind the workers were . the pool and hot tub was nice for my family my kids had a great time ! i enjoyed that in the family room with the kitchen has 2 beds in a room then one bed in the living area. it was clean and we had a great time!

Summary: my family and i needed a get away and this place was perfect for us! would go again!

Negative: I specifically booked this hotel For the pool and got Tub. Hot tub literally burnt my feet and legs and could not get it and the pool Was ice cold. Also the towels in the room were dirty, stained and covered in hair that did not belong to me.
