Positive: Not the easiest to find. Lots of food/stores nearby. A bit ghetto but the price was right. The room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Negative: The entry "doorbell" will burst your eardrums. I think the owner must live upstairs, it sounds like wooden floors and they were quite noisy. I swear, it sounded like they were moving furniture until 11:30pm. Started right back up at 7am...just as noisy.

Negative: Originally, we had upgraded to a 3 bedroom. They were unable to accommodate. However they did eventually get us 2 rooms next to each other and offered that at the price for a 3 bedroom.
