Summary: Manager is really friendly and helpful. We have got good renovated room. I liked my stay. I would stay here again.

Summary: Staff were friendly enough. When I called to say the room's toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush, he was quick to assign another room. Both rooms were dirty, though the 2nd was a little cleaner. The bedding had not been changed (pillow cases had long hairs on them) and floors hadn't been mopped. By 10pm, I started seeing the roaches come out. I had a restless night worrying about bugs. Definitely not an 8+ level stay!

Summary: I understand the price goes along with what you get and I can’t say the room was awful. The bed was ok, not awful but not very comfortable. It was a king size for my husband and me and only had 3 very small pillows. We went down to ask for more - because we couldn’t find a phone in the room - and the guy seemed confused with the request and asked if we had 3 but said he’d go try to find more, he did get us 2 more. We found the phone shoved in a nightstand drawer, not plugged in, don’t know if it worked. The old air conditioner was very loud, hard to sleep with it running but it was too hot to not have it on. It’s also the type that makes your room and clothes damp after enough time running. I saw a picture of the rooms online and it showed having a hair dryer so I didn’t pack mine. It didn’t have one. I wish they had coffee in the rooms but again, you get what you paid for. My husband went down to the lobby for coffee around 9am and it was lukewarm and no sugar or creamer out.

Summary: It seems a lot of work was still being done. In my room, the towel rack was in the process of being attached but it was not. It was left on the floor. Moreover, when I went to get a towel, they all were wet as if they were already used. Very disgusting. The 2nd floor ice maker did not work. The staff are nice. Overall, the property inside and out needs to be cleaned better. Not as clean as it should be. Also, there are no “Do Not Disturb” tags. I had a decent nice sleep each day, but aesthetically, there’s a lot to be desired with this property.

Summary: The room next to us had a lot of hammering and sawing going on during the day, which was annoying. I get they need to do construction work from time to time, but why put guests in the rooms next door? At least they could have warned us upon checking in ‘we will have construction work in the next room over tomorrow, is this okay or would you like a different room’? Get what you pay for I guess

Summary: The property isn't bad but the room had a strong cigarette odor and I did not feel comfortable sleeping there. The pillows did not smell clean. I was super uncomfortable and did not sleep well. With this said, the room was organized and it was obvious that it was cleaned with effort. It was just the smell that got impregnated on my clothes, hair, purse, etc.

Summary: I definitely loved the fast and prompt service. Room was kinda rushed and looked over. Mirror off the wall, night stands turned around and rearranged. Chipped paint in shower… little things but overall was a quiet place to lay my head for the two night stay.
