Negative: I booked on booking.com as online it said no rooms available.because of that I didn't get senior discount and wasn't asked if I had ama therefore I missed out and front desk couldn't give me the discounts.not cool Tv only had 1 channel .front desk tried to rectify but unable.4 days with 3 kids stuck inside due to rain and no TV.also fridge was not cold enough to use.felt like not even plugged in. Whether I booked on booking.com or over phone it should not matter and I feel I should be accommodated with full discounts either way. I enjoy staying there as I did stay before but won't return if I cant get proper discounts owed to me.

Positive: Breakfast was disappointing. Only two tables for the whole hotel? No fruit or hot choices.
Negative: Bed sheet to cover mattress kept coming off. There was no elastic left in it. One bed was so close to wall that I had a hard time getting out and had to scoot sideways until reached end of bed to go to washroom. We had to carry keurig coffee pot and accessories over to table to access a plug in. Several nicks and gouges on the wall in our room that needed to be poly filled, sanded and painted. Curtains were falling off the hooks and were difficult to close.
Summary: It was just okay. So thankful that all the dogs didn’t bark or howl throughout the night.
