Summary: They’re in the process of updating everything. What they have done is really nice. Even though updates aren’t complete, I’d stay there again. The breakfast wasn’t anything we wanted, being prepackaged foods. But there’s a nice little restaurant in the same parking lot where you can go for a good meal.

Summary: Only Alexia at the Front Desk was nice. Jessie from the Front Desk and the owner/manager caused me many problems when I arrived at night, including Jessie coming to me quickly as I was taking things out of my car into the room, and tried to pull the room key from my hand telling me that I couldn't stay at the hotel because there was an issue with the pet fee! I held the room key tightly in my hand and told her than I had paid for my stay in full and that I was going to stay there. The manager/owner told me that I got a super deal, saying that the rooms were $129.00 and that the hotel was booked. I told him that I paid what was advertised in hotel.com when I made the reservation, and that it didn't mention on hotels.com that I was getting a deal. I guess he was trying to cancel my reservation to sell the room I had booked for $129.99! Then he was trying to charge $84 and change to my American Express card as a cancellation fee which I didn't request!

Summary: My only complaint is that there was nobody in the office late at night, unfortunately I left my key card in the room and no one could help me get back in I ended up sleeping in my truck (it was very uncomfortable) till 6:00 am when the office opened.!!!!! Other than that it was ok room.!!

Summary: The staff wasn’t the problem, they did their best. The facility itself is in dire need of improvement. Our first room’s heat was inadequate. Temps overnight were in the teens and twenties, and the heater would either boil you or freeze you. Setting the temperature anywhere above 67 would cause the heater to run nonstop, turning the room into a sauna. Below that, it would shut off for an hour, turning the room into a morgue. The multi outlet running the tv, fridge and microwave has exposed wires, and the fridge sounded like the noon alarm, so loud that we had to unplug it at night. There was a short that took our lights and outlets out on Sunday. The staff then moved us into a much nicer two bedroom room. Unfortunately, the spare bedroom had a broken window covered up with a Venetian blind. I had to go to the local Dollar General and use duct tape and cardboard to cover the hole (there was already old tape on the window) as no one was there to repair it. It was in the low 20’s and bitterly cold. The heater was useless in that room, too. Both of us wound up getting sick. While the manager and his staff were nice and attempted to deal with our problems, the facility is too run down for them to make much of a difference. I hate to give a negative review, as they are genuinely nice people doing their best in a difficult situation. But, it was not a good experience.
