Summary: Everyone at desk was incredibly helpful. Cleaners were very nice. Nice room, but apparently had water damage in past. Floor boards ( several not just one or two) were popping up from the substrate. Holes in walls could have been filled to give the room a more manicured look. Drain strainer not attached in the shower. Room was clean and I was satisfied with my stay- room could use improvements to make for a more polished look. It wouldn’t take much - just a little cosmetic work here and there. I know you’re undergoing some renovation, but those floors are a train wreck. I’ll stay again, but not sure others would

Summary: The coffee maker still had previous occupants used filter in it. The lamps wouldnt work. Staff at HI where we had to check in were courteous and helpful. Only positive experience. I wont be returning.

Summary: Front entrance closed, problem equipment? Were not told before hand pulled up to front entrance, read sign on door to go next door, to holiday inn express to check in. They were checking in to both hotels. Window in our room loose. In one of rooms we stayed, toilet not working properly, would fill.up almost to overflow. Found bugs in bathroom, night before checkout, ?water bug or cockroach. Reddish brown, antenna multi legs, ran fast. Hotel notified when checking out.
