Summary: There were stains on the sheets, one of which looked like a partial shoe print. There was also a random hair on the pillow. Since we arrived at night, we didn’t notice the bag over the smoke alarm until we were leaving.

Summary: We had an issue keeping the TV functioning, no remote was in unit, no trash cans were available, there was some kind of substance all over the headboards, we found a roach alive in the sink so we slept with the lights on, the bedding was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable, we saw quite a few cars with people loitering in the parking lot, the curtains did not move all the way over to keep people from seeing inside the unit, the heating unit thermostat was not functioning. The staff was very pleasant and kind. However, I am glad we only stayed 1 night. Won't book again. But the price is cheap if you are on a tight budget.

Summary: My room was clean and comfortable. For the money I paid I was happy with my decision. I will probably stay here again when I come to Conway.

Summary: Overall experience was horrible. First of all I paid and was expecting non smoking room. The room was so thick with the odor of smoke that our eyes stung and itched. All our belongings smelled of smoke. We had to leave early the next day. We need a partial refund. Also the people next door were playing loud rap music till 12am and my family could not get any rest for our event the next day.
