Positive: We were a group of 15 people from Latvia. We traveled with our own car. The hospitality of the hotel owners exceeded our expectations. The hotel has its own parking lot and a small outdoor terrace. The rooms were very modern, clean, tasteful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Everything was thought of. The hosts were very warm. The breakfast was excellent. Be sure to try the homemade bread and pies! We definitely recommend this hotel!

Positive: Everything was excellent, above expectations. -very clean -very cosy -very comfortable -good food for breakfast -you find a story in every detail
Negative: -I didn’t like that there was only a fixed overhead shower and no handheld shower. If you don't want to wash/wet your hair, it is a bit difficult to wash your body

Positive: This place is a gem! I originally booked for one night but extended my stay because I enjoyed it so much. The hotel has been lovingly designed with attention to many small details, paying tribute to local materials and motifs. For example the headboards and dining tables are crafted of reclaimed wood from when the building originally operated as a bank. Breakfast is delicious, homemade from local ingredients. The owner is a wealth of information and speaks fluent English — ask him about the hotel name EcoDor — it has a lovely meaning that represents his thoughtful approach to hospitality.
Negative: Nothing! It is just about perfect.
Summary: I highly recommend to book this hotel and stay a few nights, using it as a base to explore the region.
