Positive: Pros - beautiful location next to Marina di Nova Siri, a charming small town just inland from the sea. Nice views of the Mediterranean from the hotel grounds. Easy access to nearby seaside towns via the E90 such as Policoro. Staff are friendly and polite and there is a boutique in the hotel should you need things like toothpaste and other toiletries. The region is not massively developed towards foreign tourists, so this might be a big help to you if you don't speak Italian and don't want to venture far. It also sells things like goggles, souvenirs and toys for young children. The hotel grounds themselves are beautiful and the buildings are of very good quality. Good TV and comfortable double bed.

Negative: This is where things take a bizarre turn. There are many snags which I would not expect of a 4 star hotel. - the (only) road leading to the hotel has a very rocky, unfinished patch. Don't attempt to get a car with low ground clearance across it. - the hotel uses wristbands for access to the grounds, which you must show to an attendant at the gate. Sometimes this is unattended late at night which can lead to being stranded for 5-10 minutes. It's 2025 - get electronic key cards so that guests can swipe themselves in! - misleading descriptions. There is no gym per se; just scheduled activities in the pool. - swimming hats are mandatory because "hair clogs the filters". This strikes me as cheap management who don't want to pay to maintain the place. Get your pool serviced properly! - continuing from above, the pool is often closed for cleaning at lunchtime when the sun is at its hottest, which is just abysmal planning. - while I appreciate the pool activities are fun for kids and families, and the staff work incredibly hard, the problem is that you cannot escape them. You will often be disturbed by very noisy dance music as early as 10 in the morning, and at various times across the day. There are no calm spots in this hotel for adults or couples. - despite getting the upgraded suite, the room was very sparsely accommodated. There were NO chairs in the room; only on the patio. - UNSECURE WIFI. Seriously?!

Summary: Beautiful hotel with serious potential ruined by questionable management decisions. I won't be back.

Positive: Set in beautiful countryside a short drive to the beach. Very pretty property with scenic views.

Negative: The hotel describes free sunbeds but actually you must pay 6€ per person and per day even if you arrive late. This should be added / included in the price because it’s misleading. No dining facilities at the hotel only all inclusive buffet. Breakfast is really poor quality including the coffee that is undrinkable.

Positive: Lovely pool and private beach. Soft drinks and water on tap and free.

Negative: WiFi only available in rooms, but not public areas. Free soft drinks were far too strong and sweet, needed watering down. No sugar free drinks except water. Air-con cannot be controlled, its either on (by flicking the breaker on the board or off) temperature is cooling to around 23/24. Food was awful. We paid for dinner on two evenings, then didn't bother after that, opted to bring our own food. Breakfast was poor, bread I could have used as shie leather, plenty of flavour-less sweet cake. They served a form of scrambled egg and greasy limp bacon. Everything was buffet style behind perspex and you were served portions. The cornflake server, gave you a large serving spoon of cornflakes in a coffee cup and filled the cup with milk (only if you asked for milk) Breakfast was included, but we opted out of eating anything there in the end! Beach is 15-20 minute shuttle from the hotel.

Summary: First & Last Visit.

Positive: The facility was good, especially the terrazza. The Resort was spacious, Had many to offer Like Live show /music and animations and tours.

Negative: Our room has mold, but that was ok, because we got it cheap and in the first days the resort was full, so we didn't wanted to make a fuss. The extra fee of 6€ per person and day were not good communicated. The fee was obligatory to use the pool and beach even tho if we wouldn't use the pool and the beach. Also they required to wear a cap in the pool, that was the first time worldwide we were needed to do so. The cap have to be bought at the shop for 3€ each. After asking why the caps, the staff couldn't reason it. Because of the hair it couldn't be, because hair not only grows on the head. + there were a lot of people who have been in pool without cap - it depended on the salvataggio if you get thrown out. The breakfast was not a buffet, the staff gave out the food. There was very little variation to it, not really a good breakfast neither Continental nor Italian, real disappoinment. Overall the staff were really unfriendly. Only the guy giving out Marmelade had a smile on. It was really uncomfortable.

Summary: Good if you pay less than 40€ a night otherwise nogo

Positive: The room was big and clean, the staff really made our stay fun and nice: our kids really had fun. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The resort is well presented and organised.

Negative: The breakfast has too many sweets and just few savoury options. You can't find a variety of fruit. Moreover the breakfast closes too early for a place where you usually go to sleep pretty late at night.
