Positive: From the moment I arrived, I felt like I stepped into another world. Eco Green Pyramids is not just a hotel — it’s an experience. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive to every small detail. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a level of comfort that made it very hard to leave! The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and full of variety every day. The location is perfect — just minutes away from the Pyramids, yet quiet and relaxing. I also loved how the team stayed in contact to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If you want comfort, hospitality, and a truly unforgettable Egyptian experience, this is the place. I will definitely return!

Positive: Breakfast was decent, however the staff did not speak English and so communicating was a bit challenging. But they were quite helpful and always served with a smile! :-)

Negative: The internet connection needed a bit of fixing and still the speed was relatively slow and intermittent disruptions. The room was comfortable but with amenities that can be classified as basic.

Summary: The manager was very welcoming & helpful. The price paid is value for money "the view".
