Positive: This hotel has got it right. It’s a perfect balance of old and new world. There are no pretensions and the staff are very warm friendly and efficient. Shout out to Lucy in the restaurant especially. Despite being a large enough hotel it has a very homely atmosphere Food and service is excellent
