Positive: Loved the location (walking distance to harbor), $2 euros per day to park on the street, & the availability of the washing machines and dryers.

Negative: A bit noisy when others are going up and down stairs to check on their laundry (maybe a rubber piece under the doors to block this, but that could have been only the day we were there

Summary: Fabulous price, nice clean, centrally located facilities!

Positive: So many welcoming and thoughtful touches like salt pepper and oil in the kitchen.. a kitchen! Plus a fridge freezer in the room. outside private seating areas. New fixtures and fittings, quality new bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe space, design touches, new hairdryers, all these things give the impression the host has taken a lot of care in making the guests feel welcome - I think this is called “creating customer delight “. Also the manager was quickly responsive to any query

Positive: Place was lovely, very clean and fresh. Handy to have the kitchen upstairs as well as downstairs, very central location, just three minutes walk to the dart. Overall it was a very comfortable place to stay and safe. Will keep this in mind for future visits!

Negative: The noise from the a/c in the other bathrooms at night was a little annoying but otherwise I had no problems.

Positive: The property is new, nice, bright and very clean, with artistic touch. Compliment water and sweets, a good coffee machine in the kitchen and a milk in the room fridge were a good surprise. The central location is amazing. When we left it over night we were driven by the desire to stay there again when come back next time.
