Summary: We stay at EB several times every month it is that good. There is no better option for the Miami airport traveler, staff and accommodation are both top notch.

Summary: This for sureca great hotel. Been here 4 times in the past 2 months. Only complaint would be the AC system does not seem to function as it should. We like to sleep at 67 degrees, cant seem to get an of the rooms we stayed in to acheive this.

Summary: 3rd time staying here, first 2 times were 5star, this time we ate at the restaurant and the steake was very poor quality and had no flavor. We did get a room upgrade which was kind, hoever the 6th floor is very tierd looking, my pillows were aweful and thr Ac cooled the living area but not the sleeping area. Well be back but was disappointed

Summary: Amazing but 2 weakness: Difficult to turn lights on in am, they did not work, and worst thant that was that while inside a cleaning guy entered the room while i was taking a shower and then the mini bar guy also entered the room while i was also in the bath
