Summary: We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery due to snow and ice, so drive carefully.

Summary: Our stay at the hotel was incredible. Waking up to the stunning golf course view was truly delightful. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. If you’re visiting Karuizawa by car, I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Summary: Very nice and new room with all the kitchen equipment and washing machine, very good service and extremely easy parking. If you really want to be picky, it's that the hotel is inside a mountain and you need to go downhill to get in and out, which is about a 20 to 25 minute drive. Also, our room had a second floor and the one on the second floor was a little hot. But, we still really enjoyed the housing experience, it was all great!

Summary: The apartment is nice with sufficient space for the family. The challenge is the location which is rather off the grid from the town and a very winding road leading to the club. Location wise is quite a challenge. Staff hardly speak any English but they are very nice people.
