Positive: We had a wonderful experience at easyHotel Cardiff. My wife and kids were genuinely impressed by the quality of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the overall comfort of the stay. The facilities were well maintained, and everything felt organized and welcoming. The location is excellent—close to the city centre and convenient for getting around Cardiff. It made our short trip very easy and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the manager, whose professionalism and friendliness made a real difference. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, which we truly appreciated. Positive: Really good value for money Good beds and clean bathroom perfect for short stay

Negative: Ac was a little tricky to work out as increasing thermostat temp didn't help and made room colder. But figured it in the end No parking on site

Positive: Simple and easy check in with very approachable staff. The room is very clean, with a modern bathroom and a big window with a view of the city. Was quiet and felt very private. Really good value for money being close to the center!

Negative: They dont have onsite parking however, you get a discounted rate at a NCP carpark about a 5-10min walk away. I paid £18 for 28hrs. There were no drinks in the vending machine, i paid £7 for one of their water bottles to use the water dispenser.

Positive: Loved the room and hotel cleanliness and design and the shower was good too

Negative: I don't feel staying here, the street outside and surrounding area is quite sketchy and run down, also the parking charge was ridiculous, I was given a code for a small discount that didn't even work, paid almost £20 for one night on top of the high price of the room due to it being august . Also no tea or coffee available, felt very rough leaving early in the morning to avoid further car park costs without a drink, nowhere to get one nearby either.
