Positive: It is close to a metro station, located in a better part of town, away from the loud tourist sites but 15-20 mins by train or a half-hour walk. There was a Booking.com breakfast upgrade provided for free which was good! It was at a nearby cafe and it consisted of coffee, a croissant, and fresh orange juice. The bed is very comfortable and the deluxe room is large.

Negative: The kitchen is a little bit small, but functional. The communication with the owner was a bit challenging - for example when I needed toilet paper and he talked about waste - but in the end it worked out. The keys are a little complicated to get to work. You can ask the owner to show you how to open the outside door. It’s not a problem though and you will get the hang of it!

Positive: Location

Negative: As I checked in 5 pm, I asked to check-in earlier than the time we planned together. Thus, it was not cleaned. However, by mistake, he threw my stuff in the shower in the rubbish as he thought it's related to previous guests. Moreover, he said sorry and that's it! At least, he could offset or make it up for me to get the same stuff he threw away. Not professional

Positive: Well equipped, air condition is especially great. Good location In the bakery they provided glutenfree alternatives instead of the croissant

Positive: Cllose to subway, 30 minutes to historic center. Calm neigbourhood. Basic but spacious room in shared apartment with own bath room. Quiet room at the back of the street. Balcony. Cable tv. Good wifi. Access to kitchen with washing machina. Supermarket minutes by foot.

Negative: House number is wrong (roomss are at nr 50 instead of nr 18). No AC. Bed could be more comfortable.

Summary: Pleasant stay. Recommended for short visit to Naples.

Positive: very clean and quiet, close to transportation. Paolo was very accommodating and helpful! He made the stay more enjoyable!

Negative: Shared bathroom. Although nobody used the bathroom, we would’ve preferred our own.
