Summary: Despite a few noted things below, our stay was great. The property was nice with lots of grass and trees and places to relax. There was plenty of parking. The room was clean and in good condition. Self check-in was easy, and the staff communicated well to ensure things were good. A few notes. The bed is memory foam, and I’ve slept on some that were comfortable, but this bed is a little too firm. There is no TV in the Abbot private king room, not sure about the others. Not a big deal for us, we weren’t there to watch TV anyway. Last, the building is built more like a house than a hotel and you may hear the people in the room above. In our case, a family with a toddler running laps. The staff did say they would take care of it if it continued past quiet hours. None of this is a dealbreaker, but definitely something to consider if it would bother you.

Summary: This place is very nice and charming. I was worried about sleeping on bunks with 5 other people but the beds were comfortable. They offered ear plugs and individual curtains on the bunks to give you privacy. The grounds were nice and offered you time outside of your room. We spent a lot of time in the common room and it was comfortable. It was nice having bathrooms to use outside of the room since there was only one in our room. The only thing that would have been an added bonus would have been extra showers because again there was only one bathroom for 6 people and access to the outside bathrooms after hours. The workers were nice and helpful. We also loved that we were in walking distance to restaurant’s and Erick Schats. We loved the airstream coffee shop too. We will be using this place again in the future.

Summary: Interesting property. It is called a “guest house”. Each room has beds and bathroom. Property is beautifully manicured and has a lovely outdoor space. They have a common space with a kitchen, tables and chairs and sofas. No tv’s in room but did not miss that. It was a pleasant discovery and I will be back.

Summary: It’s a shame there’s only 5 stars to give… Everything about this place is well thought out, and incredibly cool. Seriously, there isn’t a better base camp for adventure on the Eastside. Stay- you’ll leave with a lot of great memories.

Summary: This property is so cute and inviting. Thenkids loved the grassy areas and hammocks. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect in Bishop. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Bishop.
