Summary: It was an amazing stay in this hotel, front desk and concierge staffs were very nice with excellent hospitality. I like the bright lighting in the room, very high ceiling, the washroom is big and new white tile floor felt like home. Just a bit disappointed to no bathtub in the standard room, which I brought over lots of bath salt to try to relax. We usually not to border for housekeeping during our stay, it is because we usually sanitize everything when we get to the room. This time we experienced the same problem after the housekeeping made up our room in one morning, we found hairs by the sink and floor which were not there before. I've seen before some hotel's housekeeper uses the used towel to clean the floor and around sink, which is really awful. I hope this hotel should monitor not to have this habit. Otherwise both pools are beautiful, we like to stay at 22nd floor pool, with lots of benches, and during 5-7pm they have happy hour for most of the drinks which is very good deal. Overall we like the hotel, convenient in location attached to BTS, will come back next time.

Summary: This is my second time to stay in this hotel. As I reserved the room with lounge access, I could enjoy the Executive lounge and the swimming pool.at 37/F. This is a popular hotel, and the restaurant was very busy during breakfast. The Executive lounge provided a comfy and quiet environment for breakfast. The swimming pool.at 37/F was less crowded and one could really enjoy sun bathing and swimming. The view was also fantastic. The hospitality of the staff must be commended as well.

Summary: Loved the size and cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The bed was comfortable and we had good sleep every night. We also enjoyed the large variety of food at the buffet breakfast. The location was also fantastic - located right next to a station of the Airport Rail Link and BTS station - hence super convenient!

Summary: Very nice location, bed and the price. Especially for the front desk ladies, she knew I just landing by a long-haul flight and the room was not ready. She told me I can take a shower in their 37 floor swimming pool. It was so nice to hear this. I must will visit again.

Summary: Direct link to Phayathai BTS was really convenient, allowed for hassle free travel within the city. Rooms were clean and food was great too.

Summary: Apart from convenient transportation, everything else is average. Although the staff are friendly, there are probably too many guests, so I had to handle everything myself from getting off the car to checking into the hotel. Additionally, the bed sheets are wrinkled. The location of the swimming pool isn't sufficient to handle the crowd, and there's not much privacy.
